Hollywood, CA – MUSYCA Children's Choir recently participated in a recording session at East-West Studio in Hollywood, collaborating on a beautiful new composition by acclaimed film and television composer Jackson Greenberg.
East-West Studio, renowned for legendary recordings such as Frank Sinatra's "Strangers in the Night," The Beach Boys' "Pet Sounds," and The Mamas & The Papas' "California Dreamin'," provided an ideal setting for this exciting project. MUSYCA Children's Choir has a history of memorable recordings at East-West, including music for a Netflix special and a soundtrack for the UNICEF campaign.
The recording project was coordinated by MUSYCA's executive director, Dr. Anna Krendel, ensuring a smooth and productive session. MUSYCA's artistic director, Dr. Mikhail Shtangrud conducted the choir, guiding the young singers through Greenberg's emotive composition.
